To request an existing medication, use the menu icon from the top left of the homepage and select ‘Medication Requests’. Click on the ‘New Request’ button in the bottom right of your screen. If required, select the organisation that you are requesting from. If you have any medication available to request you will see it listed. If you have medication on your record that you cannot currently request, you will see it in the Cannot Be Requested section. Choose the medications you want to request and select ‘Next’ in the bottom right of the screen. You can now add notes to what your request, and to complete your request, select ‘Complete’.
