Hi there Airmid Admin,
I am having the issue where I have an account with my two children on as well. When I go onto their accounts and say click on to their full record or their test results etc there is NO information showing what so ever!
I have checked and I have contacted the surgery who have also checked there system to check I have access granted (which I do)
So my question is can you help and figure this out for me please?’ I really need access to both children’s medical history and letters etc as it will make my life so much easier.
