Hi there Airmid Admin,
I am having the issue where I have an account with my two children on as well. When I go onto their accounts and say click on to their full record or their test results etc there is NO information showing what so ever!
I have checked and I have contacted the surgery who have also checked there system to check I have access granted (which I do)So my question is can you help and figure this out for me please?’ I really need access to both children’s medical history and letters etc as it will make my life so much easier.

I’m having exactly the same issue as Collette Stephenson above. I’ve set up Airmid on both my phone and my cousin’s phone. We need to share access with each other. He can see all of his records on his phone and I can see all of mine on my phone, but (even though his account now shows up on my phone) his records appear as completely blank on mine.
Could you advise please?

My mum’s just granted me access to her airmid account so that I can help her order medication, but guess what – when I tap “medication requests” in her record (on my phone) , it says “there are no organisations for you to request medication from. Your healthcare providers are not currently linked to airmid”
When she logs in to her record on her phone, the medication request options are there. We are both registered with S1 practices and both have airmid accounts. Please tell me how to fix this issue, surely keeping on top of meds is the most common use of record sharing!
